We currently deliver across Pakistan.

If delivery to a specific area is unavailable or restricted by the courier, we will contact you after your order is placed.

2. Delivery Partner

We use PostEx and may use other trusted courier partners when required to complete delivery efficiently.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is usually:

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather, courier delays, public holidays, or high order volume.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above Rs 500
  • Standard delivery charges may apply to orders below Rs 500

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment at the delivery address.

7. Order Tracking

Tracking is available for shipped orders where supported by the courier.

If tracking is available for your shipment, details will be shared after dispatch.

8. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may fail if:

  • The address is incomplete or incorrect
  • The phone number is unreachable
  • No one is available to receive the parcel
  • Delivery is refused

If this happens, we may contact you to rearrange delivery.

9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details so we can assist promptly.

This does not affect any legal rights you may have.
